Here's something briefly about the life, character and work of Avi Lebor. Once a close friend of his said everything Avi Lebor touches turns to gold. In the real estate investments Avi is considered as a symbol of American luxury, wealth and success. He is born in 1956 and has three brothers and one sister with whom he is very close. His mother was a housewife and his father worked as a construction worker. In many occasions Avi went working with his father. Probably that’s when his first steps in real estate world were made. Avi Lebor often says that the he acquired his best education in the military school in New York. Finishing his duty to the country Avi went to college where in 1979 he graduate as the best in class. After two years at the Tromack University Avi switched to Wharton School and started studying Finance. He was a remarkable student. The first big step that Avi Lebor did as a real estate investor was performed in New York. That’s when he realized his idea to build Lebor Building. At that time, property prices were falling and few people were occupying the hotels. That was the ideal time for such a project and Avi Lebor timed it well. He bought an old hotel with a great location for a great price and turned it into what’s today known as Lebor Building.
