I just had to include this movie, it has little to do with computers since it's main focus is television sets & videocassettes. But than again what is a TV nowadays? a big box? a flat-screen? or perhaps a computer?
Videodrome is 30 years old now but is still relevant in today's standards, it predicted many things that are now taken for granted in the 21st century, this movie really made me think about that.

Incredibly accurate in terms of technology for the time this movie was made, even though it still remains fiction. The computer systems in the day were huge, and the this very retro concept of a self-aware supercomputer that sees mankind as the biggest evil on the planet is very unique and way ahead of it's time.
*A must see for IT-professionals
