Stars: Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Jim Beaver, Misha Collins

Votes: 329,497

I have put this as number 1 as its a fun show full of laughter and drama with at times a tinge of sadness. This TV series has some outstanding characters.

2. Angel (1999–2004)

TV-14 | 44 min | Action, Drama, Fantasy

The vampire Angel, cursed with a soul, moves to Los Angeles and aids people with supernatural-related problems while questing for his own redemption.

Stars: David Boreanaz, Charisma Carpenter, Alexis Denisof, J. August Richards

Votes: 56,501

Angel was one of the best underrated shows i have watched. It was a must watch TV drama when i was a teen. It just missed out on the top spot but only just.

3. Glee (2009–2015)

TV-PG | 44 min | Comedy, Drama, Music

Stars: Lea Michele, Jane Lynch, Matthew Morrison, Cory Monteith

Votes: 122,582

The first season of Glee was outstanding. Some of the songs were covered really well. I must admit that some of the episodes were and are still poor. But what it lacks sometimes it more then makes up with heart. An unexpected hit with me.

4. Frasier (1993–2004)

TV-PG | 22 min | Comedy

Dr. Frasier Crane moves back to his hometown of Seattle, where he lives with his father, and works as a radio psychiatrist.

Stars: Kelsey Grammer, Jane Leeves, David Hyde Pierce, Peri Gilpin

Votes: 62,492

Frasier is one of those shows that you either liked or hated. I loved it. It was laugh out loud funny. The characters were outstanding. This is a show that i never get bored of.

5. The X-Files (1993– )

TV-14 | 45 min | Drama, Mystery, Sci-Fi

Two FBI agents, Fox Mulder the believer and Dana Scully the skeptic, investigate the strange and unexplained, while hidden forces work to impede their efforts.

Stars: David Duchovny, Gillian Anderson, Mitch Pileggi, William B. Davis

Votes: 173,990

The X Files in my eyes was the best thing since sliced bread when i first saw it. The reason this is not higher on my list is because some of the later seasons were poor. The first four seasons was TV gold.

6. I'm Alan Partridge (1997–2002)

TV-MA | 29 min | Comedy

Alan Partridge a failed television presenter whose previous exploits had featured in the chat-show parody Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge, and who is now presenting a programed on local radio in Norwich.

Stars: Steve Coogan, Phil Cornwell, Simon Greenall, Felicity Montagu

Votes: 15,310

I am being a bit mean with this show being so low in my Top 15 as i laughed out loud whenever i watched it. The reason it is ninth is because i so wanted more episodes. I felt a bit let down. On the plus side they are making a film.

7. Family Guy (1998– )

TV-14 | 22 min | Animation, Comedy

In a wacky Rhode Island town, a dysfunctional family strive to cope with everyday life as they are thrown from one crazy scenario to another.

Stars: Seth MacFarlane, Alex Borstein, Seth Green, Mila Kunis

Votes: 267,840

Family Guy is so funny at times. This TV show is above The Simpsons because the jokes are outstanding and i love the adult content.

8. Friends (1994–2004)

TV-14 | 22 min | Comedy, Romance

Follows the personal and professional lives of six 20 to 30-something-year-old friends living in Manhattan.

Stars: Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc

Votes: 592,622

Friends is a hit with me mainly because it touched on real life issues and those were dealt with such a funny way. A top show.

9. Cheers (1982–1993)

TV-PG | 22 min | Comedy, Drama

The regulars of the Boston bar Cheers share their experiences and lives with each other while drinking or working at the bar where everybody knows your name.

Stars: Ted Danson, Rhea Perlman, John Ratzenberger, George Wendt

Votes: 39,747

Cheers was a gem of a show. The characters were warm, funny and i really liked it. I still love watching it now. A decent TV show.

10. Extras (2005–2007)

TV-MA | 30 min | Comedy, Drama

Andy Millman is an actor with ambition and a script. Reduced to working as an extra with a useless agent, Andy's attempts to boost his career invariably end in failure and embarrassment.

The comedic adventures of a rag-tag group of technical support workers at a large corporation.

Stars: Chris O'Dowd, Richard Ayoade, Katherine Parkinson, Matt Berry

Votes: 108,736

The episode with the musical Gay was one of the funniest ever episodes of anything i watched. Really like this show. The problem with UK TV Shows is that they don't make enough episodes.

13. Derek (2012–2014)

Derek is a loyal nursing home care assistant who sees only the good in his quirky co-workers as they struggle against prejudice and shrinking budgets to care for their elderly residents.

Stars: Ricky Gervais, Kerry Godliman, David Earl, Tim Barlow

Votes: 19,979

What a warm funny unexpected hit for me. This show was slated before it even went to air because of a few idiots. Outstanding British show. Cant wait for next series.

14. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990–1996)
