Penguins of Madagascar 2

Ever since Penguins of Madagascar came out in November 2014, I have a feeling they should have a sequel despite the shutdown of PDI. In 2015 when the movie was released on home video, Tom McGrath admitted that he and DreamWorks are exploring ideas for a sequel.

Here's my idea for a plot:

5 months after the events of the first film, the Penguins are called into action once again! And this time, they have to deal with Dave, who surprisingly reforms thanks to a little girl with an animal tongue (a human with the gift to talk to animals) and stop sugar thieves led by Brutus Masquerade, who rob sugar from all stores and result humans to eat healthy enough for demons from the spiritual realm to attack them and take over the animal kingdom. The Penguins seek help from the West Wing, a donating, respectful agency who dares to defy the North Wind's laws to help the Penguins learn what makes a person who they are.
