Golden Peacock

The Golden Peacock is the highest prize awarded to a film at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). The first festival was held in Mumbai in 1952. The Golden Peacock has been awarded non-consecutively since 1965. The festival takes place in Goa since 2003, and since then the festival has always been competitive.
