Prepping/Survivalist/Apocalypse Documentariesby craigburma | created - 29 Jun 2012 | updated - 3 months ago | Public
I am a prepper and survivalist.
If dreams are the mind mapping possible futures and how to handle them (credit Nova's: What are Dreams?) And if movies are how humans "dream" about the future... then it may be important to watch these movies to work out how we might respond to what some believe is the coming Apocalypse.
These titles may help us think about a world that is pivoting away from an ever higher standard of living for some at the expense of the most of the others and towards a return to more convention means of "getting by." Some call this apocalypse; a call it a return to balance.
Includes ... Eroded standard of living Lessons on how to get by Visions of how we might be Biblical Apocalypse Influences causing Political reasons for occurring
Excludes ... Dystopia Close Calls (like "Independence Day") Future on a linear Projection (like "A Clockwork Orange") Super-human (like X-Men or Hellboy) Sub-human (like almost anything with "Living Dead" in Title) Vampires (like Blade)
This new list is just for DOCUMENTARIES. I have other lists for MOVIES and SERIES/DRAMAS Thanks for viewing this list.
