TV-MA | 57 min | Action, Adventure, Drama
Nine noble families fight for control over the mythical lands of Westeros, while an ancient enemy returns after being dormant for thousands of years.
The greatest story ever told, A show that only HBO can make. Fascinating episode after episode and never stops surprising. Not a single dull moment, this show has you glued to the screen at every given moment. I've never been that invested in a show or a movie before or since, the experience and story of the show stays with you and keeps you interested on a day to day basis, not only in those glorious 10 hours you watch a year. An absolute masterpiece, must see.
2. Oz (1997–2003)
TV-MA | 55 min | Crime, Drama, Thriller
A series chronicling the daily activities of an unusual prison facility and its criminal inhabitants.
The inception of HBO's dramas. And one of the very best. Devoured this show like crazy, just couldn't stop watching. Once you get in the mindset of the show, know the characters and how things work in the Oswald Penitentry, there's nothing more entertaining to watch, no matter how brutal it is. Got to give some credit to the show that started television as we know it, too.
3. Breaking Bad (2008–2013)
TV-MA | 49 min | Crime, Drama, Thriller
A high school chemistry teacher diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer turns to manufacturing and selling methamphetamine in order to secure his family's future.
A perfect crime story. Balanced between slow-burner episodes and intense episodes just in the right amount, and keeps you interested through the entire thing. It constantly gets better from season to season, then it reaches the fifth season which might be the best season in television's history. Cranston brings my favorite performance on TV ever, and the writing is top notch. A masterpiece drama.

TV-14 | 44 min | Crime, Drama, Horror
Explores the early relationship between the renowned psychiatrist and his patient, a young FBI criminal profiler, who is haunted by his ability to empathize with serial killers.
Three seasons of quality television. Most shows and movies just have you sit there and watch them, with outstanding moments every now and then, but in Hannibal you are literally in the edge of your seat every single moment of every single episode. So sad it got cancelled, I hope it will find a new home soon.
7. Boardwalk Empire (2010–2014)
