This list contains actors who would be bad in any movie. Some have been in good movies and almost ruined them. Some have been in a catalog of bad movies and been bad in every one of them. All of them lack range, timing or a basic understanding of character development. Enjoy!
(Descriptions of these actors were pulled from around the internet)
1. Keanu Reeves
Actor | The Matrix
Keanu Charles Reeves, whose first name means "cool breeze over the mountains" in Hawaiian, was born September 2, 1964 in Beirut, Lebanon. He is the son of Patricia Taylor, a showgirl and costume designer, and Samuel Nowlin Reeves, a geologist. Keanu's father was born in Hawaii, of British, ...
Keanu Reeves always plays the same "dude" he played in Point Break. Replacing Keanu Reeves with a wooden plank that has a mean face on one side and a sad face on the other would work just as well. I have a theory as to why Keanu's acting is so shitty: a long time ago when he "made it big" with Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, a lot of people were probably trying to kiss his ass because he became a huge celebrity and people are shallow, so they have to fill their boring lives with trivial bullshit like clinging onto celebrities. Since then, he has surrounded himself by suck-ups, and everyone's too afraid to tell him that his acting sucks. An example of a bad actor you have to suffer thru in good movies.
Actor | Double Impact
Van Damme was born Jean-Claude Camille François Van Varenberg in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, Brussels, Belgium, to Eliana and Eugène Van Varenberg, an accountant. "The Muscles from Brussels" started martial arts at the age of eleven. His father introduced him to martial arts when he saw his son was ...
The ’80s was a magical period in American filmmaking. How else can you explain the daily visitations of awful tripe like Jean-Claude Van Dammes acting. "The Muscles from Brussels" was bad even for an action star.
Actor | The Mummy
Brendan James Fraser was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Canadian parents Carol Mary (Genereux), a sales counselor, and Peter Fraser, a journalist and travel executive. He is of Irish, Scottish, German, Czech, and French-Canadian ancestry. As his parents frequently moved, Brendan can claim ...
If Howie Mandell and Jim Carey had a baby and that child was subliminally trained to never be funny & only star in two or three good movies then Brendan Fraser is that child. Think I'm lying... just check out "Monkeybone".
Actor | That '70s Show
Christopher Ashton Kutcher was born on February 7, 1978 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Diane (Finnegan), who was employed at Procter & Gamble, and Larry Kutcher, a factory worker. He has a fraternal twin brother, Michael, and a sister, Tausha. He is of Czech (father) and Irish, German, and Czech (mother...
"Is just unbelievably dull, unfunny, forgettable, and unoriginal" These words were used to describe a movie Ashton was in but you may as well use them on the actor who stars in it. He has a fraternal twin brother, Michael, and a sister, Tausha... maybe one of them can act?
5. Chris Klein
Actor | American Pie
Chris Klein was born in Hinsdale, Illinois, on March 14, 1979, to Terese (Bergen), a kindergarten teacher, and Fred Klein, an engineer. He is of German, Irish, and English descent. After spending the first thirteen years of his life there, he moved with his family to Nebraska. It was while he was ...
Chris Klein started his career earning a role in Alexander Payne’s “Election.” Outside of "American Pie" he has yet to be in a good movie since.
6. Megan Fox
Actress | Transformers
Megan Denise Fox was born in Rockwood, Tennessee, to Gloria Darlene (Cisson) and Franklin Thomas Fox, a parole officer. Megan began her training in drama and dance at age 5 and, at age 10, moved to St. Petersburg, Florida where she continued her training and finished school. Megan began acting and ...
Megan Fox rides a level of success attributed almost completely to her looks. "FHM" magazine named her the sexiest woman in the world in 2008. The Razzies nominated her for Worst Actor for “Jennifer’s Body” and Worst Couple for “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” with Shia LaBeouf. She would rank higher if I wasn't so turned on by her, ohh mama!
7. Vin Diesel
Actor | Guardians of the Galaxy
Vin Diesel was born Mark Sinclair in Alameda County, California, along with his fraternal twin brother, Paul Vincent. He was raised by his astrologer/psychologist mother, Delora Sherleen (Sinclair), and adoptive father, Irving H. Vincent, an acting instructor and theatre manager, in an artists' ...
I don’t know where this guy came from, but he needs to return. I am happy to report there hasn’t been a Vin sighting in a few years. Hopefully the Chronicles of Riddick-ulous was his final attempt at fooling the world into thinking he is a real actor.
Producer | On Deadly Ground
Steven Frederic Seagal was born in Lansing, Michigan, to Patricia Anne (Fisher), a medical technician, and Samuel Seagal, a high school math teacher. His paternal grandparents were Russian Jewish immigrants, and his mother had English, German, and distant Irish and Dutch, ancestry. The enigmatic ...
This guy’s acting is absolutely horrible and the only reason he doesn't rank higher is that he never appears to try. Give a guy credit for relenting to the fact that he can't act.
Actor | Rocky
This athletically built, dark-haired American actor/screenwriter/director may never be mentioned by old-school film critics in the same breath as, say, Richard Burton or Alec Guinness; however, movie fans worldwide have been flocking to see Stallone's films for over 30 years, making "Sly" one of ...
One good role in Copland keeps him out of a higher ranking. Here's a guy who could have been a good actor but something went wrong. Maybe it's the voice?
10. Jamie Kennedy
Actor | Son of the Mask
James Harvey Kennedy was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, on May 25, 1970. He became interested in acting at the age of 15, and appeared in a movie for the first time at age 19, as an extra in Dead Poets Society (1989). His first role in a movie was as Brad in the film Road to Flin Flon (2000), ...
Kennedy is such a lousy actor that he can't admit that to himself or anyone else, and watching him whine and complain about people being so mean to him earns him a spot on this list of horrible thespians.
