I alway wonder if this movies is so highly rated because al film critics just don't dare to say they hate this movie. It just seems like the fairytale of the emperor's new clothes, where nobody dare to give their real opinion. But let me say this movie is not as great as a lot of people claim it to be. A violence packed weird movie.

2. Life Is Beautiful (1997)

You have to love la vita è bella because it's about the holocaust, kids and a funny man. Well i never irritated myself more then with this movie. Benigni desperately tries to be funny in a horrible situation that is not convincing to me. Al I felt was irritation.

4 hours of watching a red dot.. I could be that i just don't like Kubricks work, but for me this movies is just boring and I love SciFi.

Votes: 658,295 | Gross: $3.64M

Although it is somewhat interesting, al the halucinating stuff does not appeal to me, i'm not a big fan of people who use drugs movies. And as an actor i'm not a big fan of Jerad Leto and Jennifer Connelly.

I suppose this movie is an accusation against the war. But it not convinced me at all. Besides Clooney felt a little out of place and Ice Cube is just not a good actor.

I think I had the wrong expectations when watching this movie. Maybe Cameron had done such a great job with the prequal that is one could one be worse. But Fincher did made up for it with all his other great work.
