Trama

The team travel back to 1936 Texas to try and conserve 20th century pop culture, while Wyatt closes in on the Rittenhouse HQ.

When Rufus and Jiya add a fourth seat to the Lifeboat, for the first time ever, Connor Mason joins the team as they travel back to the dusty backroads and smoky juke joints of the Depression-era South to rescue the life and legacy of Robert Johnson, who, legend has it, bought his musical genius from the devil for the price of his soul. Meanwhile, Agent Christopher keeps Wyatt in the present to execute a dangerous raid on Rittenhouse headquarters.

The Rittenhouse HQ having been discovered, Wyatt goes full military mode to intrude and fight his way through, but can't bring himself to kill Lucy's mother Carol, so Nicholas escapes with her and Emma via the mothership. Connor's obsession with delta blues proves handy for once, on mission in 1936 Texas to prevent sleepers from killing his idol Robert 'Bob' Leroy Johnson before he records his key LP, but it takes more: talking accountant and amateur producer Donald Firth 'Don' Law out of dropping the project, taking over as he is shot by another sleeper and, hardest, getting Bob over his delusion to be a curse on all his loved-ones since a crossroads deal with the devil.—KGF Vissers
