In 1990s Miami, Ludwig Fainberg, better known as "Tarzan," became a middleman for two of the most dangerous criminal organizations in the world - the Russian Mafia and the Medellin drug cartel in Colombia. Using the fall of the Soviet Union to his advantage, Tarzan negotiated with former KGB officials for abandoned Cold War vessels that could be sold to the notorious Pablo Escobar to traffic cocaine into the U.S. Cold War vessels like former Soviet gunships...and a 90-ft submarine.
