A Navy diver dies while in the decompression chamber. Gibbs goes to investigate and brings Ducky along but Ducky can't examine the body because it and the three suspects are in a decompression chamber which can't be opened four 4 days. So Gibbs has DiNozzo check the guy out. He tries to find out what they are doing, because supposedly they are suppose to be working on the oil pipeline but they're far from it. He tries to get the other divers to talk but a lawyer from the company they work for shows up and tells Gibbs they can't talk about what they were doing because they signed a non disclosure agreement.
