On the Eve of the Halloween, the maniac serial killer Cameron Crowe returns to Santa Clara, California. He seeks out the teenagers Tina Tanaka, Briana and Lucas that disappear. Their friend and sister Tammy Tanaka reports to her father, Det. James Tanaka, that they are missing, but he does not give much attention and asks her to contact Det.
