At around the 56:40 mark, a row of shop windows crack and make a shattering sound just as a robot alien breaks through a wall. A second later, the robot jumps on the bonnet of a car, and the shop windows are intact.
Near the end, the EMP (eletro-magentic pulse) device operates nothing like a real one would. The effect would be largely or entirely invisible, would not have a fixed radius but would dissipate slowly over distance, and it would cause all electrical systems with long enough lines to be overloaded and fail; even if the power stations were still supplying power in such an apocalypse, immediately after the EMP fires, none of the nearby lights-some of which are quite close-should be on. This is not required for the movie to work, either; the drones emit their own light, there is moonlight, etc. that would have allowed the action to be filmed still.
Most or all of the "AK47" style rifles in the movie are lightly-dressed Vektor R4 or R5 rifles. While derived from the Valmet, which is in turn derived from the Kalashnikov, they have a distinctly different receiver shape visible in some scenes.
The Vektor rifles are very rarely exported, and would be almost unheard of in Kenya. This reveals that the production was in South Africa instead.

When the three soldiers get blown away during the explosion at the beginning of the movie one of them drops his weapon.
When it hits the ground you can see it bend and flex, which a real one would never do.
The photographer can be seen taking a breath after his death.
While walking across the bridge, you can see a car on the bridge behind driving by.
Early in the movie, they find a car to use among a group of other, damaged cars. Much later in the movie, right after they leave the photographer, they make there way to a new 'town'. One of the shots of this town shows the same row of cars as before, although they have traveled hundreds of kilometers. Oh, and the car they took, which they also crashed, was still there, right in the middle of the shot.
When they take the photographer in to the building you can see a crew member on the left hand side.
