After a fashion editor is fired from her highpowered job in New York, she has no choice but to go back to her hometown, where she reconnects with her roots and rediscovers her life's passion.

Romanian born Danielle (Giulia Nahmany) is living the dream in NYC working at Beguile magazine under urban-diva fashion editor Vivien (Jane Seymour). But when a coworker (Alexandra Weaver) steals her idea and her boyfriend (David Lipper), Danielle can't help but speak her mind to Vivian and loses her job. Now on the fashion blacklist with no place to go, Danielle heads home to Romania and back to the farm in Transylvania. After the initial culture shock subsides, Danielle begins to find solace with her family and friends. She runs into a charming Brit named Adrian (David Oakes), in town on a business trip, and sparks fly as he helps her discover a passion she left behind; designing her own clothing line. Now with the help of a magazine pal, can Danielle and her Romanian theme clothing line make it at New York Fashion Week?—production company

New York fashion magazine editor Danielle (Giulia Nahmany) loses her job by refusing to accept that tyrannical editor Vivien (Jane Seymour)allowed a foxier US colleague (Alexandra Weaver) to steal her ideas and team, as she sells better to clients. Claire now has time to accept the continuous pleas from her rustic family to return to her Romanian home. There she accidentally ---literally --- attracts the attention of mysterious British tourist Adrian Edwards (David Oakes), who takes on romantic interest in her, despite wrecking the bike he borrowed from his innkeeper host. She meanwhile volunteers to design a foxy dress for her no longer slim sister Sodia, which proves a surprising hit, under the name of the family goat Maloo, at New York Fashion Week, where her mysterious alter-ego is suddenly in huge demand. The clothing factory, which employs half the poor town, is about to be closed, with several twists.—KGF Vissers
