Graffiti artists in the early 80's saw the New York City subway as a canvas. PJ sees it as a studio. After a string of jobs throughout the Midwest, dreams of success in the art world brought PJ from his native Oklahoma to New York. 'Flyelyfe NYC' follows him into the subway where he creates and sells his art from a rolling handcart literally held together by binder clips and shoelaces. This is what he does for a living. The subway is his office and a platform for his work. He's a romantic, a realist, a hustler and a dreamer. He is today's underground vanguard creator; revealing the subway to be an art space below the city and a place for creative growth.
