Berto builds a Max-resistant robot that falls under the slimy control of a known nemesis seeking a toxic bomb from N-Tek's dangerous Chem Vault.
N-Tek scientist Berto builds a Cybernetic Tactical Robot Operative (CYTRO for short) to aid Max in battle but also resist his circuit-frying TURBO energy. Unfortunately, Toxzon takes control of it to fetch the most toxic of all bombs housed in N-Tek's Chem Vault, interrupting Berto and Steel's new relationship excluding Max.
