The stories of eye witnesses and participants in history come to life in this film that chronicles the lives of two little Jewish girls caught up in Adolf Hitler's quest to eliminate the lives of Jews throughout Europe in order to create a "Jew-free" society. His goal extended to other people he deemed "undesirable" like gypsies, homosexuals political opponents, the handicapped, and the mentally ill. The bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1942, drew America into the war against Nazi aggression. America's military success in stopping Hitler revealed another war: the war against the Jews. This film reveals the sacrifices five American soldiers made in freeing Europe from Hitler and in liberating the victims of Hitler's war against the Jews. It is a story of courage, resilience, and survival.
