Asteroid miners Moreland Zin and Sam Lightborn (of the mining ship Rockhound) set out to investigate the strange disappearance of their eccentric friend (and fellow asteroid miner) Abram T. Ferman. Abram has inexplicably vanished after stealing a spaceship to continue his search for the legendary Gammelgormium Asteroid, a mysterious rock rumored to be filled with exotic super-heavy stable elements. What follows is a suspenseful game of cat and mouse with a race of technologically advanced reptilian aliens, who have recently entered the solar system. It's a tale of high adventure in interplanetary space where the future of the entire human race is at stake.
