Taylor is happy for Liam and Steffy. Brooke breaks the news to Hope and Rick about the real reason why she returned from her honeymoon alone. She also explains that Ridge and her aren't legally married as the marriage certificate was never filed. Steffy acknowledges to Liam that he is still in love with Hope, but is convinced that his heart will be all hers one day. Brooke encourages Bill to have Katie get counseling from Taylor. Rick wants Hope to see the positive aspects of her separation from Liam.—Torsten B. Tomaschek

Liam and Steffy are now confidently and openly happy together, jesting with pleased Taylor and amused by media coverage of their resumed party life. Hope however doubts ever more her decision to dump Liam, making Rick regret he pushed her away into present top rival Thomas's arms, yet dares not confess he made Othello lie.
