Worried that the truth about her being a surgeon will be revealed, Efsun is unaware that Emir is keeping an even bigger secret from her. Emir and Kaya's secret operation on Pervin causes confusion. While Efsun tries to prove that Emir is performing surgery outside the clinic, Serpil begins to think that Kaya is cheating on her.
