Crossair 3597 is supposed to land on a runway 28 - which means it is flying in a 280 degrees (West) direction. In the cockpit, however, the attitude indicator consistently shows a heading of 120 degrees - so, the aircraft is actually flying South-East-East direction.
Throughout the final approach, it is consistently shown than the airport and its surroundings dozens of miles around are hit by a massive blizzard and a snowfall and the visibility is borderline. Yet, the crash site less than 2.5 km from the runway is completely devoid of any snow on the ground or trees (in fact, you can see some fresh, green leaves on the trees). Moreover, the eyewitness to the crash is walking his dog through a completely snow-free streets, clearly wearing a summer flat shoes and a T-shirt.
The narrator states that the accident aircraft was a "Avro 146". There is no such aircraft. Crossair 3597 was an Avro RJ100, which was a descendant of the BAe 146.
