Rick dons the terror mask for the fourth time in this remake of the original Splatterhouse arcade game. He has to battle through hordes of the denizens of the ancients to save his girlfriend Jennifer Willis, from the evil clutches of the horrific Dr. Henry West . As you battle through the many locations it soon becomes apparent that the simple task of saving your girlfriend is going to turn into a a fight for the world itself.
