When playing Wii Bowling, Howard's Mii was (supposedly) facing the pins before throwing his bowling ball. When Leanord comes in and makes Howard mess up, his Mii (for some reason) is now facing the gutters. It's impossible for Howard's Mii to change direction when he's about to throw.
Penny brings her gifts for Leonard and Sheldon to their apartment before Leonard drops Dave's motorcycle on his leg. When Leonard and Penny open their gifts to each other, it appears that the motorcycle lessons are Penny's only gift for Leonard, but he hadn't hurt himself when she bought the gift.
