The motion picture 'De Schippers Van De Kameleon' has won the Golden Cow and the entire cast is attending the ceremony. However, problems increase when famous British spy James Blond kidnaps the main star.
When their famous boat the Kameleon is stolen by Englands most top secret agent, the twin Hielke and Sietse Klinkhamer refuse to collect a movie award, leaving the host, Jack Gaddèrie, and all other actors in total chaos on stage.
