When Sam's visions start happening while he's awake, he and Dean investigate the unusual murders he foretold only to find them all to be true. And that perhaps he's not the only one with special abilities.When visiting the Millers the boys go as priests.

Sam has a premonition in which a man is killed, but the murder is made to look like a suicide. Sam convinces Dean that they must investigate the case, but the two are puzzled when they fail to find anything that indicates that the death was supernatural in nature. That is, until they find out that Max, the reclusive son of the first victim, has been using his recently acquired power of telekinesis to kill the family members that once abused him. Sam also discovers Max's mother was killed by the same fiery demon that took his own mom.—Anonymous

Sam has a premonition and sees the death of a man in Michigan. He calls Dean and they drive to the town. Pretending to be priests, they interview the wife, the brother and the son Max of the victim in the funeral. Sam has another nightmare, where he sees the death of the brother of the victim. Sooner her discloses that Max had been abused by his father and his uncle, and he is using telekinesis to revenge. A man pulls into his garage in MIchigan when his garage door starts to shut by itself. His car door then lock and his car automatically turns back on. His car begins to filter the carbon monoxide into his car and he starts coughing and wheezing and struggling to get out of the car. The man fall unconscious and dies. A bright flash is seen then Sam violently wakes up.

Sam wakes Dean up and tells him that the need to go despite it being the middle of the night. Sam calls Michigan police to get a name and restration on the licences plate of the car he saw in his dream. Dean tries to reassure Sam that it is a plain old nightmare not one of his prophetic ones. Sam tries to defend what he saw. The operator comes back and informs Sam that the man in his dream was named Jim Miller of Saginaw, Michigan. Sam and Dean keep driving. Several police cars and officers are seen around the Jim Miler's garage, when Sam and Dean pull up in time to see a Miller's body being zipped up in a body bag.
