Trama

A blow to the head may have turned a young man into a killer. Pushed to the edge he kills two well-liked people. Now everyone just wants to gun him down led by the man that made him that way.

The Murdochs tell Jess Billings they have decided not to sell him land they promised him. Jess erupts into anger causing Mr. Murdoch to whip Jess with a bull whip. Jess uses a nearby shotgun to kill the Murdochs. When their bodies are brought into Laramie, the people break into anger at Jess goaded by Sam Brackett. Sam had beaten Jess in a fight over Bobbie Desmond who spurned Sam. Jess had a severe head injury and has not acted the same since the beating. Troop sends Johnny to track Jess while he talks to Bobbie. Johnny trails Jess to a secret cabin he and Bobbie built. Bobbie takes Troop there where they capture Jess. Returning to Laramie Johnny leads the "posse" astray while Troop goes with Jess. While resting the horses, Jess escapes. In Laramie Sam is in the Birdcage with the posse when Jess calls him out into the street. Sam mortally wounds Jess as Troop rides in. As Sam starts to fire at Troop Jess kills Sam with a last shot.—Anonymous

A young man who suffered a terrible beating from a romantic rival goes beserk and kills a couple. Dan tries to hold off a lynchmob while trying to track down the man and get him medical attention for his head injuries.
