Blooper

Nick pulls the alarm system out of his car before it catches fire, but when he finds the keys and unlocks his door, the alarm system clearly beeps.

When Nick is by the river, he gets so mad that he throws his hat into the river and it's seen floating in the water. In the next scene when he climbs back into the car, the hat is back on his head.

Nick is playing basketball with his friends, then leaves to pick up Suzanne, but Marty starts arguing with him, raising both hands. In the next frame Marty holds a bottle of water in his left hand, still clearly standing in the same place.

In the scene in Nick's shop involving the two shoplifting kids, Nick goes out and sprays window cleaner on his door to clean off the kids' spit. Nick turns around and never cleans off the door, but when he turns to re-enter his shop, the door is completely clean and dry.

When Nick is at the party trying to get medicine for Kevin, one of the ladies in charge is holding the clown hat before Nick throws it to her.

Kevin tries to drink a Capri Sun while riding in the vehicle. When Nick sees him, he grabs the Capri Sun and it squirts on the top of the vehicle. When Nick goes to wipe it off it is purple in color, but all Capri Suns are clear.

When Nick discovers that the kids are off the train and it starts to move, he runs almost the entire length on the train yelling at them. When the camera shows the kids from the front you can see that the train tracks start about 30 feet behind them, not enough room for the entire train.

When Kevin vomits on the window, it's obviously an animatronic.

Suzanne is in charge of the New Year's party, so she wouldn't have left before midnight to go back to the hotel.

When Nick and the kids are trying to catch the train to Vancouver, they are at Pacific Central Station, which is located in Vancouver and would be the final destination, not the start of the trip.

When Nick and the children are trying to catch the train to Vancouver placards for VIA Rail can be seen on the train as it departs, and on the platform. VIA Rail is the national rail line of Canada. If they were at Portland, they would be catching AMTRAK.

When Nick drops Suzanne off at the airport, the signs say Portland International Airport. The building has stone walls. PDX is a glass and metal building, and the area where he drops her off is uncovered. There is a cover over the roadways at PDX that runs from the parking garage to the terminal since it rains so often in Portland, Oregon.
