During the discussion with the police after the shooting, the gun barrel is protruding from the camera lens on some shots but not on others.

At 48 minutes when Malone uses the door of a telephone kiosk as a weapon: in reality, the door would have been fitted with a door-closing mechanism that would not have allowed the door to open and close so easily. Also, it is doubtful that a telephone kiosk would have been situated in what looks like an access road for service and delivery vehicles.
It is pretty obvious that it is a stunt double for Rod Taylor doing most of the film's fight scenes.
An expensive newsreel camera would not be left on its own for anyone, such as Malone, to approach it and possibly damage it.
There is no need for the cloak and dagger stuff of following the red Mini - Special Branch would have identified the number plate and therefore the owner in 2 minutes.
