At around 20 minutes (on TV) there are planes searching for survivors. The planes switch from B1B bombers, to F35's, to F16 Falcons, to F15's, back to F35's, and finally back B1B's.
When they are rescuing the car that was stuck it changes from a black to a silver car with every different angle.
The Eiffel Tower smashes into the Arc De Triomphe. The Eiffel Tower is 2km away from the Arc De Triomphe and is only 0.3km tall. Its impossible for it to fall and crash into the Arc.
At 43:38, a tire blows out, The driver uses a breaker bar and socket to loosen the lug nut. as he is using the breaker bar, you can hear the sound effects of a ratchet ratcheting. Breaker bars do not make this noise.
At around 24:46 one of the characters has their leg trapped under a metal cabinet. When their leg if freed at 25:35 the cabinet falls into the exact same position it was in when the character was trapped under, you can even see a curved item holding it up for a split second.
