- Faith helps out at a soup kitchen and meets a young couple living in a car. George is not happy with Mac's bedside manner, then finds out Julia has left him. Sarah is nervous about her posh night out with Jimmi.
- Ronnie asks Greg if he should be worried about his uncle's depression. Sarah's ex has a fall at work and Greg patches him up, but he's not telling the full story. Jimmi fusses as Amanda has her biopsy, but Sarah thinks he should leave her.
- At the station, Greg treats a drunk homeless man with bad feet, but finds he has other problems. Mac isn't impressed when Sarah rearranged the waiting room and Elizabeth wants an answer about the partnership. A worried Faith visits George.
- Sarah visits elderly friends who are having landlord troubles, so she turns to Ronnie at The Haven. George can't hear her baby's heartbeat, so in a panic she gets Faith to try. Ronnie rushes to George's side.
- George is out of hospital, but has still not forgiven Ronnie. Julia visits old neighbours, one of whom has dementia and has started talking about another man. The staff set an example by having cholesterol checks and only one person fails.
- George tells Ronnie she is going back to work and that he can stay at home to look after Bracken. Mac flags down Al Burgess, a farmer on his way to a very important business meeting, to help rescue an unconscious hill walker.
- Jimmi wakes up in his clothes seeming confused with an empty wallet. He rushes late to work and treats a charismatic diabetic patient just out of prison, who may not be all he seems. Greg gets closer to puzzling out what links the crimes.
- Julia is back and says Mac is away visiting Kieron. Sarah is worried about her. Jimmi confirms a lupus diagnosis for a boy who won't tell his dad. Greg tries to get Jimmi to talk more after Friday, but gets nowhere. The police tease Greg.
- Mac is unhappy with Marcia staying and it only gets worse. Jimmi has a busy first day, but Sarah does all she can. Faith helps a mum with a baby and a shy toddler. The visiting Granny has strong old-fashioned opinions, but who is right?
- Sarah's championing literacy and wants everyone else on board. Faith gives a tetanus jab to a girl living in a squat, who is worried about another squatter being taken advantage of. Faith treats her too. Greg notices Jimmi's hand washing.
- Faith and Ben play down the burglary incident, but it's started tongues wagging. George and Ronnie are talking again, but he's not totally convinced about the baby. Faith visits a blended family with food poisoning and a wayward daughter.
- Ben's trial comes to an end. Sarah is there for Nathan. Mac gives Ronnie his thoughts on having a baby. Julia's policeman cousin has moved to the area and suggests she calls round to see his wife who's taken early retirement and is down.
- The first female victim ends up at The Mill and Faith recognizes her symptoms: Greg tries to get her to go to the police. A mystery woman is arrested trying to sell a watch belonging to a previous victim. Faith tells Julia about Fred.
- Jimmi is delighted when he is asked to speak at a charity function. He treats a string of patients asking for a sick note, not all of whom are telling the truth and soon he doesn't know what or who to believe.
- Greg gives fertility test results to a policeman worrying about giving the eulogy at his best friend's funeral.
- Tash wakes up and asks about Nathan and her baby. Helen gives a work medical to a man whose wife is struggling with their new baby and he is oblivious. The police tell the doctors there is evidence of arson and question everybody again.
- It's Valentine's Day. Sarah pursues her complaint against Elizabeth. Greg gets involved when a waitress collapses at The Icon and he worries it's due to her epilepsy. Her creepy sister-in-law causes trouble. Jimmi tries to cheer up Sarah.
- Helen visits a new patient in a care home after a mystery call and finds all's not well. George invites everyone to a party where she will make an announcement - which panics Mac and Julia. Ben tries to clear the air with Julia about Liam.
- Jimmi discovers that Amanda has been lying to him about having cancer, and Helen is shocked when Marc's fiancée turns up.
- The doctors move into the all new Mill Health Centre and start getting it ready for business, now Julia has been cleared. Nathan is staying in Newquay, and back after Jack's funeral, Helen visits a couple picketing an abortion clinic.
- Greg is called when DI Roth investigates a suspected gangland killing and he notices she seems unwell. Sarah asks for help with her worries about Helen. Ben starts anger management therapy.
- A man comes to see Helen: telling her he and his his wife are struggling to conceive, but he is clearly not telling her the whole story. Greg and Julia finally clear the air at a new bar. Sarah tries to find out why George is emotional.
- At the station, Greg examines a debt collector with chest pains, then makes a house call on a sick baby and meets him again.
