When Anna spits her tooth out in Lib's hand, the camera shows it is a back molar, but in the next shot it appears Anna is missing a front tooth.
When Lib tries to force-feed Anna using a tube, she keeps Anna lying horizontally instead of propping her up in a seated position; an experienced nurse that she is, she would have realised it would be impossible for a person to swallow in that position and the food would inevitably get into her nasal cavity and possibly cause her to choke to death.
