The Ghetto Ghouls' 1968 Chevelle switches from a pillared coupe (a 1xx27 bodystyle, usually a base model Chevelle 300 series) to a hardtop coupe (1xx37 - either a 300 Deluxe or upscale Malibu model) when it crashes through a barricade (when it rolls over it become a pillared coupe and when it goes over the edge - back in to a hardtop coupe again).
During the toilet kidnapping scene the toilet door is closed & ajar.
The hotel clerk reading the magazine goes from not wearing sunglasses to suddenly wearing them when Eastland and the girl want to check into a room.
The 1968 Chevelle in the opening scenes has no vent windows, like a 1969 Chevelle would have. In subsequent shots, the Chevelle has vent windows. They can clearly be seen after the Chevelle crashes.
Michael is on a ventilator and has an oxygen mask on his face with large holes either side, which would mean little or no air would enter his lungs!
When John Eastman feeds the guy into the meat mincer the guy is fully clothed but the minced meat slopping onto the floor has no clothing remnants in it.
When three men try to rob a beverages warehouse, they are foiled by two employees. During the struggle, beer cans are knocked to the floor. Inadvertently, they are kicked and are clearly empty instead of full.
When John Eastland (The Exterminator) is going through the mob boss's house he is attacked by a Doberman. A crewman can clearly be seen standing in the doorway, probably having just released the dog.
At the very beginning, when Eastland's friend saves him from an imminent beheading, they fire on an enemy soldier standing at the water's edge. The man is blown backwards not by the impact of the bullet but from a clearly seen rigged see saw that throws him into the air.
When John is on the motorbike chasing after the gang members, as the car turns left, you can see the stunt driver driving the car and the camera in the backseat.
Eastland hides in the restaurant toilet, waiting for the mob boss Gino to enter so he can knock him out, but what made him so certain that Gino would need to use the restroom. There's a possibility that he might not have gone in there.
Gino was sedated by Eastland and brought to the meat locker with no knowledge of what his girlfriend and bodyguards were doing yet he seems to know that she's ran off with them when questioned about any possible security at the mob boss' residence.
-SPOILERS***
When Eastland speaks to Dalton over the phone to tell him to meet him at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, but to come alone. They are both being wired tapped by the CIA. This action directly benefits the CIA to kill both of them, but what was Eastland's motivation. He really has no reason to isolate Dalton and even Eastland's knowing of Dalton seems opaque. Even during the confrontation, he pretty much tells Dalton that he's not gonna do anything to him. If anything it leaves the viewer at the end of the movie assuming Eastland is working with the CIA.

During the conversation at the table in the park, the boom mic is visible against the front of the umbrella over the actors
While approaching his apartment, Eastland signals to turn left when he notices the police car outside his building. He can not turn left because the street he is trying to turn into is a one-way street going the other direction, as shown by the sign on the corner which is clearly visible during several of shots.
