A year after first encountering Lineria and Capsella, Wilfred, Bacon, Chesterfield, and Kilmare have been through many Witch Hunting adventures, but they still not very good at it. Soon they encounter a group of witches in the woods, a prank calling serial killer (Chris Harmon), a mischievous shop owner (Pete Borden) who harbors a deadly secret and a cup of magical tomato soup served to them by Chesterfield (Dave R. Watkins). Wilfred and Bacon manage to capture a warlock (Steve Warren) who gives them Lineria and Capsella's current residence. They set off after the witches but soon find themselves in way over their heads.

A group of friends find themselves the target of a sacrificial ceremony conduced by two evil witches Lineria and Capsella to resurrect an evil warlock known as Randolph Carne. A dead magician, Timus Plumb, helps the friends stop the ceremony by contacting them through a magical pickle, but not before one of them, Wilfred is critically injured and another, Jennifer is one killed. Wilfred finds himself in a world that lies between life and death and he makes a deal with Timus Plumb that he will seek revenge against witches if he is allowed to live. Wilfred awakes in a hospital room surrounded by his friends, Bacon, Chesterfield, and Kilmare. He introduces them to the magical pickle and them become the Witch Hunters Extraordinaire.

Lineria and Capsella dump Wilfred and Bacon in the woods. When Wilfred awakes he finds the witches have put a spell on Bacon that causes him to attack Wilfred when Wilfred snaps his fingers. A mysterious old man from another dimension, Walter Turnkpike (Dave R. Watkins) who is protected by a Russian Bee (Michael D Friedman), summons Lineria and Capsella for a séance to contact Randolph Carne.

Wilfred and Bacon find themselves captured by a cannibalistic voodoo tribe in the woods while McClure, Barracuda, and Brent enter the tomb of Randolph Carne and steal Randolph Carnes' decapitated head. As they try to escape, a cave ghoul(Steve Warren) bites Brent on the ankle.

The evil witches Lineria and Capsella capture Witch Hunters Wilfred and Bacon, put Wilfred under a love spell, and proceed to torture Bacon. Candy, a mischievous girl who has information about a new witch, visits Chesterfield and Kilmare at the headquarters. The new witch turns out to be Barracuda's girlfriend, Connie. Before Kilmare arrives for Connie, Barracuda's Uncle McClure shows up with an antique trunk with a treasure map inside of it. When Kilmare shows up looking for Connie, he fights off Barracuda with a shocking device while Connie pours her newest potion into her fish bowl, which later turns her beta fish into a giant monster.

Brittany and her coven of amateur witches raid McClure's supply store in an attempt to steal the ancient sacred head of Randolph Carne, but are greeted by Witch Hunters Wilfred and Bacon instead, who proceed to kill all of the witches except Brittany. Freddy escapes from the Witch Hunters and returns to Lineria and Capsella. A new Doppelganger is set to arrive in Hemlock as two members of the evil Holy Church of Hemlock call upon Walter Turnpike and the Russian Bee for more information. As Chesterfield and Julie treat Brent, who is changing into a demon from a bite, Brent has an adverse reaction, attacks them and runs away. Wilfred and Bacon follow up on a false lead from Gerald "Claws" McClure and end up capturing and torturing Franklin Buckaroo, who happens to be one of their organizations' largest investors.

Mr. Turnpike enlists the help of a pair of Elf Witches (Bren Allison and Kelly Tippens) to gather new fighters for their cause. Scoggins and McClure are visited by the mysterious Dr. Doyle S. Flutter (Robert Shaw Smith), who has come to collect for letting McClure use the doorway to death. Barracuda Rescues Connie from the Witches Hunters and steals the pickle.

Doppelganger Jeremiah McClure announces a Harvest Moon Ball celebration and appoints the evil Brother Vaughn and Brother Wilkinson of the Holy Church of Hemlock as rival Witch Hunters to the Witch Hunters Extraordinaire. Bacon and Kilmare discover that Wilfred has squandered most of the money won from the lottery on various ill begotten ideas and mistakes. McClure is attacked by Brent, but Brent accidentally falls into the doorway of death located in the back of McClure's shop. Using the doorway, McClure brings his father, Scoggins McClure (Bryan Davis) back from the dead. Chesterfield and Julie rescue Capsella from the demon possessed Richard McClure. Not realizing she is the notorious witch, Chesterfield lets Capsella go, but makes plans to meet for later that night. Wilfred decides to confront McClure for giving them a false lead, but when he arrives, he is challenged to a fight by Scoggins McClure.
