- The subway shootout is pretty intense.
- The first apartment scene near the beginning is intense.
- The bar scene is very intense.
- The apartment shootout is intense.
- The ending is intense.
- The street ambush is intense.
- Many intense scenes in which the main characters are chased and shot at. Jack and Eddie are both shot at different times in the movie, but they survive.
- The "hostage" scene is very rough, however no one gets killed.
- The whole film is intense, at times very, as the theme is two men dodging a group of crooked cops in the city.
