- A woman stabs a man in the neck with a scalpel and causing him to have a large bloody wound in his neck.
- A woman is stabbed in the back with a scalpel and we see a close up of blood gushing from the wound.
- A man takes a scalpel and inserts it into a woman's stomach, slicing it open. He digs his hands into her stomach with graphic closeups. He reaches farther and pulls out a sack. He cuts the sack open revealing two babies where one of them is left for dead.

- Extended medical procedures including an abortion where a woman's stomach is cut open featuring graphic closeups.
- A nun sets herself on fire and then throws herself off the building where we realized she tied a noose around her neck and kills herself. Shocking.
- Nuns are hooded and prepared to be raped by a demon.
- A man is hit by a truck and his body gets pinned to a building. A female tries to help him but ends up tearing his body in two at the waist, killing him. Very graphic.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- During a childbirth scene, a demonic claw emerges from the expectant woman's vagina.
- Satanists try to burn a mother and her baby alive.
- A terrified nun has a vision of being groped by clawed hands and licked by a demonic tongue.
