Lucky
10-year-old Lucky, an AIDS orphan is forced to leave his native village to live with his uncle in Durban. He learns about life the hard way, but forges an unlikely bond with an elderly Indian neighbor in spite of racial prejudice and language barriers. Through an odyssey marked by greed, violence, and ultimately, belonging, LUCKY shows how a child's spirit can bring out decency, humility and even love in adults struggling to survive in the new South Africa.
