Ritmo Salvaje (2022)
BBBad telenovela
Using the concept of a dancer that want to be one, it's all vulgar dancing, no classes needed, for choreography, alll actresses ( almost all) have these cold of surgical noses and more.......bad , mediocre, vulgar telenovela, bad for young women who don't know what they want and looking for ideas. BAD BAD idea, nothing to do with real DANCE .........all choreographic and direction and blahhhhhhh, BS, nothing to do with real life.......when a dancer is talking about proposals, choreography, it's not about moving the rare ends and just be sexy. It's a real bad influence specially for young people that have no idea of the Arts. It's seriously annoying and worse soap opera , telenovela I have ever tried to watch with some respect. No respect, bad music, bad dancers, bad script and poor production values.
A Million Miles Away (2023)
Inspiring
Michael Pena is a very good actor, he can play different characters and each of them is trustworthy. I believe him: charismatic, no fake moves, very clear with Spanish language as well as English. Being a bilingual actor is not a simple quality, specially when the enunciation of the words is Clear. This story is pretty accurate and demonstrates how any person of any cultural background can realise her/his dreams regardless of financial, social status. It is quite good to see a movie based in such important matters not only to entertain or divert oneself , but mainly to learn how the opportunities to realise a dream are there .
Ventino. El precio de la gloria (2023)
Terrible!
The music is so bad! And repeat and repeat the same. Singing is really bad, mediocre. The acting is so bad!!!! I have never seen ( a few episodes) Colombian production. Such bad actors, bad music, bad direction, poor production values in goal. Yaiks! Not recommended at all! Carolina Gomez seriously is bad bad bad! I do not believe anything in the few episodes I saw. Scriot is very bad written , direction is poor and acting obviously follows those two bad segments of production. In order to be an interesting series, it requires interesting plot, good direction, good costume design ( all the outfits of the women are so bad, they have no interest, they try to be sophisticated but instead, they are cheap looking, NOOOO!
Rosario Tijeras (2016)
yaiks
Bad script, and all production values....hmmmm? Some actors are so so lame!!! TV Azteca school of acting? Ouchhhhhhh.........some actors are good and make the whole production not vomitable, but when they put together two ladies that have obvious plastic surgeries and still are so natural....no, that's not Televisa.... Sebastian Martinez and Rosario's actress are very good, looking and respecting bad direction.......otherwise.....( just watched a few 3rd season episodes. Also Aurora's actress is a good , fine artist, but the mix of good and super bad , hmmmmm. Hmmmm.....and more Hmmmmmm. Not recommended.
Señora Acero (2014)
haaaaaaa!
Good entertainment for a while, each season is different. some actors and actresses are very charismatique, some are annoying and look SO PLASTIC like the Venezuelan woman police/criminal, so BAD! her breathing technique is the worse I have ever seen, before each word is like vomiting and she seems like a real unhappy plastic china doll. On the 5th season the actor who plays the Teca is horrid! his voice is annoying as well as his acting. Yet some actors are full of charisma and make this soap a fun one to have in the background while cleaning the house.
Espiral (2018)
ESPIRAL....title of the short film
Heartwarming, true to some realities......this experimental short film encompasses various art-forms, the visuals of beginning are spectacular, the photographs are spectacular........the movement is UNIQUE as Susana is a dancer since she was a little baby.
