The Mandalorian: Chapter 24: The Return (2023)
Season 3, Episode 8
8/10
Ahhh I can't stay mad at this show
19 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The whole season overall waisted my time and is not what I want out of The Mandalorian. I did enjoy this conclusion however. The writing was not the best and it was very simple but I come to watch this show for the Star Wars action baby and boy did I get it. The best of it was Mando's fight down the hallway and all of his action scenes were like something out of John Wick.

But the real part of the show that put a smile on my face was the ending. I am way more excited for season 4 than I was for season 3 because it set up what this show has been missing since season 1. The mandalorian doing odd jobs and bounty hunting was what I want from this show and he hasn't done any bounty hunting since the 4 episode of the entire show. And throughout season 2 and 3 the jobs he was doing he felt forced to go on and it was out of his way so I felt uninterested. But now he's got a base and a reason to do stand alone episode which is exactly what I want and I really hope thats what season 4 gives us.

The Mandalorian: Chapter 23: The Spies (2023)
Season 3, Episode 7
8/10
Great second episode of the season!
13 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Wait whats that? This is the second to last episode of the season? This episode is quite entertaining it is exactly what we wanted from season 3. The problem is no with this episode but with the season as a whole. This could have easily been the second episode of the season and sets up a great turn of events but instead our time was felt waisted. What was the point of the mandalorians retaking Navarro if they are just going to leave it?

A main problem with the season and looking back now, most of the show, Is that Mando himself has become a passive protagonist. I love the side quest and the show started out in season 1 being stand alone episodes but the problem isn't what some people call "filler" It's the set up. Instead of the mandalorian having goals and seeking out these missions he is forced into them. It becomes more like chores and less like exciting missions. Instead of the mandalorian choosing the tasks he is pushing into doing them and thus it becomes uninteresting to the audience.

But over all this episode was great, the action was pretty exciting, the character choices where a little stupid. Par Vizla choosing to stay behind or the fact that they cant open a door when they have a lightsabers and a force user right there. The opening with thrawn was fun and it got me excited but it definitely should have been shown at the beginning of the season so that there was a threat all along and it does just start in the second to last episode. I feel like they could mention anything about thrawn or things that would tie into Ashoka until after Star Wars celebration but the season was already set to premiere March 1rst. Therefore they couldn't reveal the threat of the season until the second to last episode.

8 out of 10 for the episode 7 out of 10 (possibly 6.5) for the season.

The Mandalorian: Chapter 10: The Passenger (2020)
Season 2, Episode 2
10/10
Another example of the toxicity of Star Wars fans
6 November 2020
My god its getting embarrassing to be a Star Wars fan. They are so toxic and annoying. This was a good episode. Yes it wasn't the best episode ever but it had good moments and set up a lot of stuff. However Star Wars fans are so petty that they are giving this a 1 star review just becasue it didnt advance the plot by a mile. Star Wars fans be better than that. It is a complete disservice to the people that worked hard on this episode just to give it one star. This episode is is probably 8.5 nothing amazing but far form one star.

Spy School (2008)
5/10
Got this movie when I was five because the cover looked cool. I was wrong
30 October 2020
Note to everyone on the cover the kid has all these cool gadgets on him and it looks like hes kid James Bond who goes to school to learn to be a spy. It is nothing like that. It's about a kid who lies all the time and in the end he learns that lying is bad and saves the world...by lying so.... yeah. Wasn't boring tho. Then again I was five when I watched it.

Community: Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (2011)
Season 2, Episode 14
10/10
They shouldn't have taken it off Netflix however there was black face in the episode
28 October 2020
I see so many reviews say how it isn't black face because he is cosplaying as an Drow. But in fact it is black face and is incredibly offensive and the episode states that many times. Chang dressing up in black face is never portrayed as being a good thing. The characters and writers in the episode mock and condemn him for it. In no way do they praise what he has done. The whole point is to laugh at the fact of how clueless and offensive he is being, you aren't supposed to laugh because its black face. I think this episode was wrongly taken off and there is many more things out there that should be condemned but an episode in community is not one of them. This is a great episode and is art and they should not remove it for misunderstood reasons. I even think that the people who took it off didn't even watch the episode but maybe just saw a photo or something. Please put it back on

Funniest scene of Doctor Who
30 September 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Nothing has ever put a bigger smile on my face than the doctor just randomly grabbing the torch and the hilarious announcer. Hilarious. Completely stupid but such fun. The rest of the episode is pretty dumb and I hope that child actor stayed in school but still wicked fun. You don't even have to watch the whole episode just skip to end and watch that amazing scene

Unfair hate
24 October 2019
I don't like YouTube rewind but people are getting way to mad. The problem is everyone on the internet likes dumb stuff for short periods of time. YouTube rewind just did what was popular on YouTube for the year. It's not there fault that most of it died by the time the video was made. Everyone complaines about fortnite, but i bet money that those people played it through out 2018. It was popular so it was on YouTube rewind. Everyone was complaining about that lack of memes but memes are more instagram and reddit. They were not as popular as KPOP and fortnite. All I'm say that stop wasting your time getting made about and stop caring. But in all seriousness PewDiePie is the most overrated you tuber

Titans (I) (2018–2023)
5/10
WHY IS IT SO BLUE
16 September 2019
This show had potential, but falls apart due to its writing, editing, directing, character development, and pacing. The characters are very awkwardly developed, they have character work built on them but then those arcs are steeped away to deal with new ones. The name titans is never mentioned in the first season but then is all they talk about in season two. All the good character development is off screen however now in season two dick Grayson acts more like himself. Another problem is the pacing mostly season one. I think this show was made to be benged and not every week so the end of each episode abruptly ends with no character arcs or plots resolved. But the main problem with this show is the editing and directing. Editing and directing never bothered me in films and tv unless it is unbelievable bad, which is this. Ever single shot is tinted blue. Almost every SINLGE ONE. this really makes the editing look bad because with everything look the same their is no passage of time or location BECAUSE ITS SO BBBBLLLUUUE. Why did they do this, it doesn't look good, it makes everything look cheap and look like a fan made film on YouTube. In season 2 trailers their was no blue and I thought they got rid of it blue they just color corrected in the trailer to trick us. Every the last shot of season 1 isn't blue but the changed it in season two to make it blue.

Toy Story 4 (2019)
7/10
Almost the best but not quite
22 June 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The previous Toy Story films are some of the best animated films ever made. While the fourth installment is far from bad it doesn't live up as much to its predecessor. In the beginning of the film you see Woody struggle with not being the main toy played with yet he doesn't get jealous or angry showing how much the character has grown over the franchise. When Bonnie brings home forky woody makes it his job to look after him because he has nothing else to do. Forky is a great addition to the group, he is very funny and bring in some deep existential questions and choices that make this a very mature tone for the G rated film. However when forky jumps out of the car and woody saves him and explains to him what its like to be a toy, forkys arch ends there and he becomes a plot devices that the hero's have to get. It is great to see woody reunited with bo peep, showing the now very different lives they lead. When buzz goes looking for woody he gets some hilarious laughs and picks up new and interesting characters. While it is great to see the new characters that are multi dimensional and all have goal and an arch the film puts all of the original characters to the side with some loved characters only getting a few lines. Normally I would be fine with this but since this is the last movie in the franchise it would be nice to show more of the old characters. The villain is actually scary and has realist goals and motivations however she is not really a bad guy and half way through the third act she becomes a good guy leaving the final at with no villain or challenging obstacles. The ending is the main reason why this film isn't as good as the others. The ending of the third film was amazing and tear jerking leading me to believe that the end of the franchise would have a sadder ending, while the ending does shed tear after the film was over I had felt cheated. When woody decided to leave and stay with Bo Peep he says good bye to all of the old gang however this was a spilt decision and the goodbyes are quick without as much emotionally gravity. It also seems out of character for Woody because he doesn't even see Bonnie before he leaves. Also bo Peep could have easily gone with woody because she has nothing holding her to the carnival while woody has friends and family at Bonnies that Bo Peep knows. The movie overall was a lot of fun and had some great themes the only thing holding it back was the rushed ending.

Aquaman (2018)
6/10
Hilarious
28 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
This movie is so ridiculous and dumb that it actual makes for a fun time. However, Aquaman contains three major flaws. 1) This movie falls victim to the common virus in every day movies and that is the over use of CGI. This film is layered with CGI to the point were every single scene in this movie contains large amounts CGI. The filims over the top graphics makes everything look fake, making it hard for you connect to the characters or story. The battle scenes are just CGI monsters crashing into each other and turning the intense scenes into something out of a Michael Bay film. Ever fight or intense scene I was laughing my head off because of the fake and chessy CGI. 2) In the comics Aquaman is a ridiculous character and I respect how hard they tried to make this movie not as dumb and corny. However, the movies plot is unoriginal and the script is laughable. The plot of Aruther try to stop the war of two different worlds by claiming his right to the throne has been seen many times in movies, most recently Black Panther which came out earlier in 2018. They tried their best to make a good script but everything they said was laughable and corny. For example their is a scene in which the villain is confronting a CGI crab, the crab says that he will not call the villain "your Highness" the villain responds that he does not want to be called Highness but Oceanmaster. This is supposed to be an intense and chilling speech but I found my self once again laughing out loud. 3) Aquaman is play very well as Jason Momoa, he brings a charming and charismatic personality that is fun and enjoyable to watch. However all the characters are god like people with super human strength and stamina. While this provides the characters with awesome moments it also adds very little stakes Aquaman is constantly stabed, shot or falling from great heights. Every time he comes out without a scratch providing little to no stakes because the characters are nearly invincible. Even though Aquaman has many flaws it still is a fun and enjoyable movie.

This was from the genius behind Harry Potter?
22 November 2018
Warning: Spoilers
What made Harry Potter such an amazing series it's layered and relatable characters. Fantastic beasts however has one dimensional characters. Each actor try's to bring a quirky characteristic to make their character more interesting, however it makes the character hard to watch and difficult to relate with. The time that should be used for in-depth character development is put to the side to advance a plot that drags on and is obviously just fan service. The scenes with Migonical are obviously fan service because in the book she born in 1945, eight years later. Nicholas Flemel is jambed into the plot for clear fan service as well. In Harry Potter, you never meet Flemel, what make that work so well is JK Rowling that leaves that to your imagination. The end reveal that Credence was a Dumbledore was an interesting twist, however it messes up the time line great because, Albus's father died in Askaban in 1890 which would have to make Credence 37 which isn't true because the actor is 25 and he is a teenager in the first film. Even though this was a surprise twist. You can easily tell that it was just fan service and no one fact checked it to make sure that it holds up in the time line. The movie overall is enjoyable, even though it can drag on sometimes it still is fun to see more of the wizarding world.
