Checks All the Boxes

Bottoms checks all the boxes for the best themes of your favorite 80s, 90s, and 00s teenybopper movies. I know a lot of good scenes were cut out because they shared some of the funny outtakes in the credits. The two main characters had a lot of chemistry. Will there be a Bottoms two? The only drawbacks were I wanted to see more Punkie Johnson/Auntie Rhodes and Marshall Lynch/Mr. G! Marshall Lynch should host SNL sometime soon! I would also like to see the backstory on the hot mom club. If you like Ferris Bueller, Pretty in Pink, Never Been Kissed, Fight Club, and Lucas then watch this movie. If you root for the underdog- this is your movie.

OMG Clint "Next time use the yellow pages" Eastwood gets violated, "Don't lose it!"-Liesl. Gomez "That's 200 million dollars worth of merchandise "!!! Addams is cuckcolded. So scandalouso!

It's the nineties and there's high level Latino and Black representation with Lieutenant "I don't want to see you for 2 weeks" García and Captain "He's dead already" Hargate - OKAY I see you Mr. Eastwood. And Charlie "Next time aim for the kneecaps" Sheen- slow clap, slow clap. Charlie Sheen's range is unbelievable and has all the great quotes and comebacks . I'm upset because he had the potential and trajectory of surpassing Tim Cruise.

Atlanta: The Goof Who Sat by the Door (2022) Season 4, Episode 8

Mind blowing

I can't believe they were able to make this episode. It's mind blowing that Disney was ok with a retelling of A Goofy Movie. I laughed, I cried, I had to fact check everything, lol!! It all made too much sense. I will not be able to look at Goofy the same ever again. I thought this season couldn't top the episode about Tyler Perry or when the rapper passed away, but it did. Bravo!!!! I'm going to miss this show. It's so smart and a silent "yup! That's so true" finger shake! This is the type of programming along the lines of Peele and Chapelle. This comparison makes sense why it can't go on forever. I wish there is a video short of "The little Prince".

House of Gucci (2021)

I was completely excited about House of Gucci!! Lady Gaga, Jared Leto, Pacino and Driver. Directed by power house Ridley Scott! 20 minutes into the movie I lost all hope. Why would you film the back of Lady Gaga's head when she's giving the performance of a lifetime?!?! The acting and costumes were Oscar award winning but the editing and directing was awful!!

I laughed, I cried, I had my doubts, my heart doubled in size! At first I had a few chuckles on the first few episodes and held a few doubts. I thought- oh RuPaul! You've finally used your pull to come full entertainment circle and nap a big time producer. But I carried on and OH MAN! RuPaul- my mind was Blown! I love how he incorporated his drag queen winners, his storyline- his heavy but light story line. My only question is: when is the next season coming and what is going to to happen to Lady Danger (my 2020 Halloween costume) and Hector and Robert's next life interest?!

I wanted to like this movie and my bc Lena insistes this was good. Lena has obviously gone soft bc this was a waste of 2 hours. Well, Hemsworth and Bridges held it up enough for me to give it 6 stars.
