Hopefully Fox casts Nathaniel Essex/ Mr. Sinister accurately, unlike Disney with their major characters:
James Gunn is changing Adam Warlock to be younger, in comics he is older, created before Ayesha. Another example of Disney changing stories.
Age - must look young Country - British Height - 6' 5" Tall Muscular Body - like M. Shadows (Avenged Sevenfold band)
Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)
An Ultimate Spider-Man movie! Better than Captain America Civil War
Another Marvel movie by Disney that I could watch over and over again.
Best FX light-show scene: Airplane fight scene with Vulture and Spider-Man.
PERFECTION, SPECTACULAR, REALISTIC! The BEST ACTION/SPECIAL FX SCENES out of all comic book movies. Quality in story and visuals is beyond better than Captain America Civil War. Civil War is the WORST Disney Marvel movie ever made, Spider-Man Homecoming made up for that.
My biggest problem with Spider-Man Homecoming was Robert Downey Jr., especially at the end. Iron Man dialogue is cheesy but some of the chemistry is cute with Peter Parker. Pepper Potts appearance was aggravating. Spider-Man Homecoming is not perfect but deserves a higher Metascore and an Oscar for Visual Effects.
'Spider-Man Homecoming' and 'Logan' are the best superhero movies so far this year. Looking forward to 'Thor Ragnarok', the next five Spider-Man movies and hoping for a Sony-Disney Marvel Universe crossover with Venom (Tom Hardy). Is it too much to hope for a Spider-Man, Deadpool and Venom crossover?
More Ultimate Spider-Man and less RDJ on next movie please.
Too many Easter Eggs and Pac-Man
There were too many easter eggs in this one. Easter eggs are not special anymore, they are now boring. Overall I thought the movie was good. Visuals were amazing as always. Kurt Russel's performance as a villain was enjoyable. Sylvester Stallone as Starhawk is perfect casting. The only character that I did not understand was Ayesha. Maybe she's in film because of her son, Starhawk. Hoping next movie will piece together parts of Vol 2. Not sure I like the idea of Ayesha being the creator of Adam Warlock. Will Magus exist in MCU? And Pac Man was stupid funny. I couldn't take the movie seriously after that. James Gunn needs to take comedy down a notch.
Captain America: Civil War (2016)
Immature. This movie is for the kids.
"Winter Soldier" and "Guardians of the Galaxy" are Marvel's best movies. This movie was more for kids than adults.
Most annoying thing about the movie was the kiddie humor and constant one-liners:
"You have the right to remain silent!"
"Sorry cap this won't kill you, but it won't tickle either."
"Sorry you guys I got one job here, and I gotta impress Mr. Stark so I am really sorry."
"Alright now I am "p-word" off now."
How can this be described as the best Marvel movie ever made?
Every character that was about to fight had a one liner. No one shuts up and takes the fights seriously. At least Batman V Superman and X-Men Apocalypse avoided bad dialogue.
The stupidest part of the movie is when they are uniformly walking side by side with their teams towards the opposing team...like a dance off. Almost walked out and left.
Fights are perfect, pretty, controlled, choreographed and repetitive. Interrupted with camera cuts every few seconds. No one stood out. And most fight scenes and chases where done badly with CG. Also Falcon's wings were terribly rendered.
No solid acting.
Also all of Marvel's villains except Ultron and Loki are bland.
Zemo (Daniel Brühl) was a terrible villain.
