I make no distinction between 'best' and 'favourite' films here. You can make a case for ANNIE HALL being 'better' than DECONSTRUCTING HARRY, but the nostalgia of it being my first Allen, that it still makes me laugh the most and that I re-watch it more than any of his others stands to reason. Suffice it to say, ALL these 30 are films I watch endlessly.
