Baby (I) (2015)
Best Film Of Akshay Kumar..If u like real movies must watch it
23 January 2015
What's Good: It's an out an out Neeraj Pandey film. Baby hands down comes out as of the best films when it comes to mixing a subject like terrorism. It is like an Indian version of Body Of Lies.

What's Bad: Almost nothing. I don't know any better way this film could have been presented.

Loo break: Don't move!

Watch or Not?: Baby is a definite watch for anyone who likes action thrillers. With an edge of the seat course of story, it is a treat with its dialogues too. Baby is a must-watch film with rich content. This action thriller will woo you if you are a fan of watching raw action where blood spills and guns are trotted. An honest work that dares to bare terrorism and its religious connection. What I loved most about the film was its quality to hook you a

Alone (VI) (2015)

Not Much Scary But good story Watchable Movie..go for it
16 January 2015
What's Good: The use of all possible creepy elements such as wooden doors that make noises, swing and an overall horrific location. Interestingly, Bhushan Patel manages to infuse a good amount of suspense in the film and stretches it to the very climax even though one starts getting the hints quite early on. The visual effects are quite decent and it seems Patel is getting the hang of it with every film.

What's Bad: Well, I would say a wrong timing of intimate scenes that nearly breaks the link of a 'could have been' gripping tale. Also the spine chilling moments don't come very often and more often than not it is the background score that gives away what's coming, thus leaving you all ready for the scene.

Watch or Not?: Alone is once again not an out and out horror film and so it won't satiate your scary needs or give you nightmares. If you are a fan of Bollywood's horror films then this one is worth your watch. Don't even think of comparing it to its original Thai film by the same name, because I couldn't watch that one without closing my eyes every two seconds. Alone is a decent weekend watch if you have nothing else to do.

Must Watch Movie...Watch it for Dharmendra
29 August 2014
First it was Carry On Jatta, then Lucky Di Unlucky Story and Bhaji In Problem, and now Double Di Trouble. Smeep Kang is one director who is reshaping the market for Punjabi cinema with his quirky stories. Interestingly, this time he has chosen William Shakespeare as his source of inspiration. One of Shakespeare's most read and critically analysed plays The Comedy of Errors forms the base of Double Di Trouble (DDT).

STORY:- Ajit Singh (Dharmendra) and Fateh Singh (Gippy Grewal) come to Chandigarh in connection with a court case without realising that their lookalikes - Manjit and Ekom - also live in the same city. Manjit's wife (Poonam Dhillon) wants a diamond ring as her marriage anniversary present and gets into a huge fight with her husband over the issue. Manjit vows to not come back home without a ring, but things take an unexpected turn when he is asked money for a ring which he has not even received. You got it. It's more of Angoor than The Comedy of Errors. Only this Punjabi version replaces the master-servant concept with a father-son duo.

WATCH OR NOT:- The Comedy of Errors is not known for its in-depth conflict and it solely relies on quick witted reaction dialogues and hilarious situations. DDT does exactly this, and surprisingly it doesn't get dirty in the process like usual Punjabi movies. The presence of a veteran like Dharmendra at the helm of affairs helps the film immensely, and Gippy Grewal plays a second foil to him. Their comic timing is good and Dharamendra doesn't overshadow Gippy. Yes, the double role scenes look amateurish but overall DDT manages to tickle the funny bone. so i thing you must enjoy this movie

Kick (2014)
10/10
Excellent movie..
25 July 2014
Salman, the star machine, is the Pied Piper of Hindi cinema. He doesn't promise path-breaking or art house cinema. The focus is on those three magical words: Entertainment, entertainment and entertainment. And that's what matters to a wide majority of movie-going audience.

To state that Salman is the soul of KICK wouldn't be an exaggeration. He's committed, charming and competent, so much so that it's difficult to take your eyes off him. Post DABANGG, those who felt that the actor's movies lacked a cohesive script to match his superstardom, are sure to feel satiated with KICK, since the film has it all and does utmost justice to Salman's aura. In fact, the film gives him the platform to exhibit his range as an actor/star and his real-life role of a good Samaritan/humanitarian further. Rest assured, the fans and the fanatics -- even those who aren't -- are in for a treat!

Randeep Hooda is supremely efficient, delivering a performance that stays with you. And this is a huge compliment, since the film is a Salman show from commencement to conclusion. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is a powerhouse of talent and KICK gives him the opportunity to cross over to the commercial league. Nawazuddin is simply outstanding, essaying his part with gusto. In fact, it won't be erroneous to state that along with Salman, Nawazuddin will walk away with plaudits after KICK.

Jacqueline Fernandez does very well, although her diction needs to be worked upon. She looks great and her dance in 'Jumme Ki Raat' is sure to stun you. Mithun Chakraborty is in top form yet again. The sequence with Salman towards the concluding moments stay with you.

The supporting cast -- Saurabh Shukla-good, Sanjay Mishra-awesome, Vipin Sharma-super, Archana Puransingh-alright, Kavin Dave-first- rate, Sumona Chakravarti-perfect -- each of them contribute well to the proceedings.

On the whole, KICK is a paisa vasool, seeti-maar entertainer. Get ready for a Tsunami called KICK at the ticket window. It is sure to rewrite box-office records. Salman fans, rejoice. KICK is a sure-shot B-L-O-C-K- B-U-S-T-E-R. To quote a dialogue from the film: 'Woh apni Eidi lene zaroor aayega'.
