The worst of the five Superman movies
There was only one thing that made this movie watchable. Christopher Reeve. He originally refused to star in Superman IV. If he hadn't starred in it, this would've been the worst movie ever made. Superman saved his life by using a green crystal that he found in Smallville. It was stupid that Superman could die by getting scratches on the back of his neck. If bullets, tanks and bombs can't hurt him, how can scratches kill him? It was even more stupid when the scratches turned him into an old man. Another stupid thing was when Nuclearman took Lacy Warfield into outer space and it didn't kill her. This was the only part of the movie that ticked me off. I did like the fight on the moon. I think it was neat when Nuclearman beat Superman into the ground. This movie didn't suck but it was the worst of the five films.
A great movie
This was a great movie. Yoda made his first appearance and trained Luke to be a Jedi. As Leia and Han traveled in the Falcon, they fell in love. They thought they had escaped the Empire but Boba Fett tracked them down. After Han was frozen in Carbonite, Leia, Chewbacca and Lando tried to save him but they failed. When Vader told Luke that he was his father, I thought that he was lying. But everybody learned that it was the truth. A lot of people are mistaken about what Vader said. People think that Vader said "Luke I am your father." But he didn't say that. He did in fact say "No I am your father." I didn't like Hoth or Degobah too much. But I liked the rest of it. If you haven't seen this movie, watch it.
Batman Returns (1992)
Not a great movie
This was not a great movie. The beginning was awesome when Batman battled the bad guys in his Batmobile. When I watched the beginning, I thought that this would be an awesome movie. I was wrong. The ending was stupid. Batman ripped off his mask and exposed his true identity to Max Shrek. Batman would never do that. The reason why he wears his cowl is to keep his identity a secret. When I saw him rip it off, it ruined the whole movie for me. If he had only ripped it off in front of Catwoman, that wouldn't have been bad because she had already learned his true identity. When I bought this movie on VHS at Wal-mart, I had a feeling that Batman would lose his mask in it. But I had no idea that they'd be so stupid as to make him take it off himself. I was so irritated that I thought about taking the movie back to Wal-mart and getting my money back. I later learned that they don't give refunds on opened movies. The original Batman was the only good Batman movie of the original four.
