Guy going on about the sound of weapons heard says that an AK47 is homegrown music but this is a Russian made machine gun, fact. I love The Purge but they need to make better sequels or should've stopped at Anarchy.

Like it but don't love it

Just started watching cause of lack of other new shows, am currently on Season 7. This will not be a spoiler to any regular viewer but there are 2 things that bug me 1. Erin's age, she had party for her 50th but in the episode I'm watching she was bemoaning someone at 25 being 20 years her junior 2. The family dinners, why do they never really eat anything and Danny only seems to eat celery!

Stuck with it cause of Shemar Moore but there is more and more politics. Focus on their personal lives as it goes on, I don't care about triangle relationships or what is happening to Hondos father - horrible character btw. As others have said, u watch TV shows for escapism, not to be force fed politics and be depressed.

8 stars for the first season which I loved, i am presently reading 'Mr Mercedes', about 2/3 of the way through and why or why do they have to mess with the wonderful Mr King's magnificent writing. For some reason they switched around Finders Keepers and End of Watch. So far from watching the first episode of the former, it is 'very very loosely' based on the book and not to the benefit of the viewer. Watch for Brendon Gleeson if nothing else, otherwise read the books in order and you will be far more fulfilled.
