Killing Ground (2016)
Seriously impressed.
I think Damien Power is going to be and author/director to watch. I know a lot of folks have dismissed this work as formulaic, but I am prepared to defend this.
I can munch through horror/thrillers like popcorn with not much effect. This one grabbed my attention and kept it pretty taut. There were few or no moments where I thought, "This w/couldn't happen." The actors didn't overplay their roles, no chewing on the scenery. In addition, there were a couple of scenes that really made me sit up and pay attention (no, won't say which).

SPOILERS:
I loved that the ending was open-ended, leaving the viewer to wonder what decision they would make.
