The Forgotten (2004)
I thought this was one of the best thriller movies in quite some time. There was something to hang onto in every scene. The car crash was one of the best scenes in any movie in many years. I'm glad I didn't have a drink in my hand at the time.
I thought Julianne Moore was amazing in the movie. She made us feel her love for Sam from the very beginning. Her relationship with her husband seemed so real for a couple going through a loss. I also loved Dominic West. I had enjoyed his performance in Chicago, but in The Forgotten, he really showed a physical side and an emotional side that was amazing to watch!
Gary Sinise and Alfre Woodard were wonderful, and I loved Anthony Edwards in this movie. All in all, this was well worth the price of admission.
Howard the Duck (1986)
Worst Movie Experience EVER!!!!!
I saw this movie with my new husband and his brother. I spent 45 minutes trying to pretend that the movie had my attention, and then spent the rest of the movie sitting in the lobby waiting for the "boys" to come out! I only stayed that close to the movie because I didn't drive. The bathroom and lobby were more entertaining than the theater. I can't believe you can even buy this movie. Has anyone bought it? WHY!!
I enjoyed "Earthquake" more and that made me throw up at the age of 12. Why hasn't this movie won the "Worst Movie of All Time?"
If anyone considers this a classic, have them checked out - SOON!!
