Great another "all whites in south Africa are racist" movie
Really sad and outrageous. Most white south Africans will tell you that having this stigma portrayed is just degrading. As with each country, the diversity of people is vast. Not all white people in South Africa are from Dutch decent and speak with that thick or are full blown racists and hate black people. This movie really helps people to label Caucasians from that country as racists. It's bad enough that most Americans think that anybody from there lives in the "JUNGLE" in a mud hut. The mere concept of cities with roads, electricity, running water and yes THE INTERNET! is unfathomable. For once I'd love to see the story told from both sides. Clearly we have a story here that is set up to create a negative outlook. I now know how Germans felt post WW2. People forget what times were like in Mississippi in the early days when things were so PERFECT here in the US. But I suppose we all have to jump on the Tsotsi band waggon now and get our Oscar don't we?
