Tru Calling (2003)
Got Better And Better As The Show Went On
Okay at the start of the series let's face it Tru Calling was no masterpiece it had very little character development even for Eliza's character Tru the leading role and almost every episode had the same story but as the series went on I found myself almost addicted to it. The story lines were good there was more mystery to why people died and Tru's brother and her best fiend Harrion and Lindsay started going out. I think the one episode that made me pay attention to more than any other was probably Drop Dead Gorgeous because that was the episode where everything became more like a thriller series than a show about living the same day over again. Then each episode after that just got better and better with a huge thanks to Jason's character Jack Harper who was a mystery from his first appearance and why he was so calm about death. Well I don't want to give anything away in case you haven't seen much of the show but Jack certainly gives Tru a run for her money. But there is only one major flaw in the series and that is that they keep getting rid of the main cast except Tru, Harrion, Davis and hopefully not Jack. Keep the characters let them find out abut Tru for gods sakes so I'd say don't watch the pilot it's not very good start a few episodes probably around 12 or 13 and if your like me you'll be addicted in no time.
