Another Pointless Josie Appearance
2 August 2023
The last time Josie showed up in Riverdale, I felt that it was pointless. There was a lot going on back in season 5 when she last showed up, and I didn't understand why they brought her back for an episode that focused on her when there was a lot already happening in the show.

Here we are in season 7, and I feel like they're doing it again. With everything going on, why bring Josie back? She always seems to sing every time she shows up, but we have already done the last musical episode. So, the only reason why I think they brought her back in this episode is because this is the last season, and they wanted to bring back as many past cast members as possible.

Just like her last appearance, I thought Josie showing up was pointless, boring, and not needed with everything going on. With only a few episodes left, I was hoping for better.

Gotham Knights: Pilot (2023)
Season 1, Episode 1
The first episode, and the last episode?
15 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
If I'm being honest, when I first heard about Gotham Knights I was a little excited.

I knew it had to do with the death of Bruce Wayne/Batman, and the Bat Family stepping up to find out who did it while trying to protect the city. But when I heard the names of the characters in the show, I only recognized three names, Harvey Dent, Stephanie Brown, and Carrie Kelley. What worried me the most was the main character of Turner Hayes. I knew nothing about this character, and I couldn't find any DC comics character with that name. It makes me think that Turner is an original character, and with the long history that Batman has, I don't like that they had to create a new character, and make him the adopted son of Bruce Wayne. I do not like that one bit. There is a chance I could be wrong about the character of Turner, but I don't think I am.

Now after watching the first episode, I'm happy to say I recognized one more thing. It looks like the big bad of the season will be The Court of Owls. And that is something I recognize from the comics and other shows.

But if they are the big bad of the season, and they are the ones who killed Bruce/Batman, then there is really no reason to keep watching. The mystery of who killed Bruce Wayne is solved, and the four people framed for the murder knows it was The Court of Owls. It's only the first episode, and now there really isn't reason to keep watching. Well, not a good reason.

Everything I've said could be wrong. They might have a surprise twist planned that no one will see coming. But right now, I haven't seen anything that makes me excited to watch the next episode to see what happens next, but I'm going to try to watch one, maybe two more episodes to see if it can change my mind.

WWE Extreme Rules (2022 TV Special)
Now that's what I call EXTREME!
9 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Last year's Extreme Rules was very disappointing. There was only one match that had a stipulation. It was an Extreme Rules match, and I'm pretty sure it was only an Extreme Rules match because the title of the event was Extreme Rules.

But that was last year. Every match at Extreme Rules this year had a stipulation. For example, there was a Ladder match, an I Quit match, and yes, even an Extreme Rules match. We even got the return of a fan favorite, Bray Wyatt. I was not disappointed after watching Extreme Rules this year.

In my opinion, this wasn't just better than last year's Extreme Rules, but it was the best Extreme Rules event I've seen in years.

WWE Hell in a Cell (2022 TV Special)
A Cold Day in Hell
6 June 2022
This year's Hell in a Cell was one of the worst I've seen in a while.

To start, there were seven matches, and out of the seven matches, there was 6 Raw matches, and 1 SmackDown match. And we barely got that one SmackDown match. It was made two days before the event. It was like they forgot they were supposed to have Raw, and SmackDown matches at Hell in a Cell.

Next, in the past we got two, maybe three Hell in a Cell matches, but we only got one Hell in a Cell match this year. And even though it was one of the best matches of the night, the event is called Hell in a Cell, and I would have liked to have seen more than just one. I also would have liked it if the WWE championship was on the line in the cell.

And finally, not only did we not get a championship match in the cell, but we didn't get a match for the main WWE Championship at all. This is the second premium event where there has been no WWE championship match. In the past, the premium events that don't have a championship match are usually not as good.

And yes, I know, currently it called The Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

Riverdale, CW's Newest Superhero Show???
18 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Ever since season 1 I have been a fan of the show, but this whole superpowers storyline they've been doing since returning back in March is a little weird.

The show went from a teen drama that usually had a creepy mystery type story each season. But now it feels like Riverdale is turning into a young adult superhero drama. Ever since March it seems like every episode someone else is getting powers. In this episode it was Cheryl's turn.

There has been stuff I've liked this season, and there has been stuff I haven't liked. For example, I like Archie and Betty officially being a couple. I don't like the magic and superpowers stuff. More superpowers than magic. It just feels weird, and way different from past seasons.

I don't know what is going to happen next, but season 6 is not turning out to be my favorite season. I don't know how the season is going to end, but if magic and superpowers are part of Riverdale now, what are we going to get in season 7?

Naomi (2022)
Boring
26 January 2022
As a fan of DC Comics, and a fan of the other DC shows on the CW, this is the worst one I've seen. This isn't just the worst DC show on the CW, it's the worst DC show I've seen in years.

I was already worried about the series before it even aired. Back when they first announced the series I didn't think it was a good idea. Naomi has only been around since 2019, and she doesn't have enough comic history to make a good show.

I thought we would get a superhero show about a teenage superhero, but instead it's a teen drama that just happens to have people with powers in it. I wouldn't even call this a superhero show.

I was hoping there would be at least one character I liked, and a good story to keep me coming back to see what happens next. After three episodes I can easily say I don't like any of characters, and the story is slow and boring. It was hard for me to get through episode 2 and 3.

After what I've seen so far, I would be surprised if the show gets past it's first season.

Good Sam (2022)
Good Sam is Not Good.
20 January 2022
I decided to check out this series for a few reasons. 1. I like checking out new medical dramas, because Medical Dramas are one of my favorite types of TV shows. 2. I actually recognize some of the actors from other things.

But the only good thing about this series I can say is, it's not the Worst Medical Drama I've seen, but it's not the Best either. It's just Ok. The show focuses to much on the fight for control of the hospital between Father (Jason Isaacs) and Daughter (Sophia Bush), and not enough on the medical stuff.

After three episodes, I don't know if Good Sam is good enough for me to keep watching.

Funniest Episode of Season 7?
20 January 2022
This episode belongs in the funniest episodes of the series list. Legends of Tomorrow spoofing reality TV shows. Do I need to say more?

Legends of Tomorrow like to do one really fun and ridiculous episode a season, and this is that episode for season 7.

A Legendary Journey for the 100th Episode
28 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
What a great episode to celebrate 100 episodes of Legends of Tomorrow. Taking a stroll through Gideon's memories was such a good idea for the 100th episode.

We got to see key moments from the past 6 seasons that were important to Gideon's growth. We saw the moments that took her from just being the ships A. I., to becoming a member of the team, to becoming a Legend, and now to becoming the person she is today.

It was also great seeing some past Legends return. Legends like, Ray Palmer, Captain Cold, and even Rip Hunter. That's a good thing about taking a stroll down memory lane, getting to see some fan favorites return.

It was also a great idea to have the 100th episode directed by Sara Lance herself, Caity Lotz.

And finally, I thought the biggest surprise of the episode was how it ended. I think we got a hint at who might be the big bad of this season, and I also think it's the same person who destroyed the Waverider at the end of last season. If I'm right, this might be one of toughest fights for The Legends. I can't wait to see what they have planned for the rest of the season.

Chucky: I Like to Be Hugged (2021)
Season 1, Episode 3
A Sleepover with Chucky
27 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I know this is only the third episode, but this is the best episode so far.

Thanks to Lexy's little sister, we got more fun with Chucky trying to kill Lexy in this episode. Chucky messing with Lexy, and trying to kill her has been one of the best things of the series so far. I also have loved the scenes with Chucky and Lexy's little sister, Caroline.

The other thing I've liked about the series is the flashbacks of Chucky as a kid. In this episode Chucky tells Jake about his first kill. I was not that surprised about who he killed, but I was surprised when/how he killed the person.

The only other thing I can say is, after watching this episode, I can't wait for the next one.

Supergirl: I Believe in a Thing Called Love (2021)
Season 6, Episode 17
Love, Love, and More Love
27 October 2021
If you can't tell by the title of the episode, the focus of this episode is love.

Not only was Supergirl and the team looking for the love totem in the episode, but Alex and Kelly took the next step in their relationship. We even saw the start of a new and unexpected relationship.

I don't know why, maybe because of all the love in the episode, but I thought this was one of the best episodes since the show came back from break in August. With three episodes left, I can't wait to see what happens next.

Is the show better without Liz?
22 October 2021
After one episode, it's to early to say. It might take a few more episodes to find out. But what I have seen so far is different, but interesting. It's still The Blacklist, but not The Blacklist I'm used to.

I will say this, it's not the same without Liz. I don't know about everyone else, but I miss her.

The Outpost: Nothing Lasts Forever (2021)
Season 4, Episode 13
A Happy Ending
8 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
With a show like The Outpost, and with this being the series finale, I thought, and was expecting not everyone to make it. But not only did everyone survive the finale fight, but we got a wedding, and a new Queen. It almost felt like a happy ending to a fairy tale.

I honestly didn't think The Outpost would make it past its first season, but it lasted 3 more seasons, and somehow it kept me coming back. Even though The Outpost was not the best thing I've seen, when I heard it was ending, I realized I was going to miss it.

No longer SVU
1 October 2021
I have been watching SVU since season 12, and I have even gone back and watched a lot from season 1-11. Plain and simple, this is no longer the SVU I started watching.

In earlier seasons it was about finding the killer, the rapist, or the whoever. In earlier seasons they actually went to court and got justice for the victim.

But now it seems like the criminals are always someone with powerful connections, or someone in the government. A lot of times it feels like SVU is even fighting the higherups of the NYPD. And now, if they do get justice for the victim, they BARELY get justice, if they even get to the courtroom.

For me, Season 22 was the worst season, and these first few episodes of season 23 have not helped. For me, this is proof that Law & Order SVU has been on for to long. I no longer like watching it as much as I did in past seasons. This is the last episode I plan on watching.

WWE Extreme Rules (2021 TV Special)
Where was the Extreme?
27 September 2021
In the past at Extreme Rules we would get multiple matches with a stipulation. A ladder match, a steel cage match, something. But at this year's Extreme Rules only one match had a stipulation, the main event. The main event was a extreme rules match, and I think the only reason it was a extreme rules match is because this is the Extreme Rules PPV.

Even though I liked almost all the matches, I think this is the worst Extreme Rules PPV that I have seen. For a PPV called Extreme Rules, I don't think we got enough extreme at this year's Extreme Rules.

Bad start for season 23.
24 September 2021
I don't know about everyone else, but I am getting sick of all the SVU vs NYPD, or SVU vs someone in the government. Law & Order SVU is getting close to having one less viewer.

P. S. Did anyone else notice that the SVU team was working out of a completely different looking office without explaining why? For a show starting season 23, that's just bad, or at lest lazy writing.

Goodbye 99
17 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Brooklyn 99 ended the best way possible, with on last heist.

When I heard that Brooklyn 99 was ending, I hoped they would do one more heist. Not only did we get a heist, but we got the biggest, longest, and best heist to end the series. The heist episodes are some of 99's best episodes, so as a fan, ending the series with a heist was a smart idea.

Goodbye 99, and thank you for all the great laughs.

Supergirl: Still I Rise (2021)
Season 6, Episode 10
One of the worst episodes.
8 September 2021
Trying to save a building that is meant for low income housing does sound like something Supergirl would do, but not for the main story of the episode.

The secondary story of the episode that involved Nia didn't help the episode. It's been almost three seasons, and they give us another episode about Nia complaining about not understanding how to use her powers.

This is not just one of the last episodes of the season, but it's one of last episodes of the series, and I was expecting, and hoping for better. These last episodes of Supergirl should be the best, but In my opinion, this might be one of the worst episodes of not just the season, but of the series.

The Origin of Superman
23 June 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Every past Superman series I have seen always starts with Clark Kent getting a job at the Daily Planet, meeting Lois Lane, and putting on the suit for the first time to become Superman. But because this series starts with Lois & Clark already married, and with kids, we didn't really get to see the origin/birth of the newest version of Superman, until now. I thought the first half of this episode was great. We got to see more details of Lois & Clark's past, like working on their first story together. However, it took a dark turn when it was revealed that it was Morgan Edge looking through Clark's memories to find the best way to blackmail him into joining the takeover of earth.

So far, I think this is the best episode of the series I've seen, and after the way this episode ended, I think they are about to get even better.

Warning: Spoilers
When I first saw the title of this episode, I thought Star Wars, and it wouldn't surprise me if that was the writers plan. That's right, Legacies did a Star Wars parody. As a fan of the show, and a fan of Star Wars, I actually liked the episode. I thought what they did looked good. I also thought Lizzie, Josie, and Hope being stuck in a Star Wars like world was fun to watch.

Questions Finally Answered
17 June 2021
Warning: Spoilers
First, this is the best episode of The Blacklist I have seen in a long time.

Keen finally got long awaited answers to questions she has been asking since season 1. We the fans, finally have answers. The big mystery/puzzle is almost solved. But with all the questions we had answered in this episode, there is still questions we need answers to, there are pieces of the puzzle still missing. What is Reddington real name? Who is he? I can't wait to see if we will finally get that answer in the season finale.

In my opinion, finding out why Reddington killed Keen's mother earlier in the season was the biggest surprise of the episode. I would even call it a unexpected twist. I know I didn't see coming.

Answer: She wasn't Keen's real mother. She wasn't the real Katarina Rostova.

I guess the question know is, will we ever find out what has happened to the real Katarina Rostova?

Nooooooooooo!!!
14 June 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I have been a fan of Sara's since her first appearance on Arrow. And I was happy when I heard she was going to be part of Legends, and then when she became captain of the ship. So it was the biggest twist/surprise when they revealed that are Sara died in a earlier episode, and the Sara we've seen the last couple of episodes has been a clone, WHAT!!!???

What does this mean, what's going to happen to Sara, to Ava and the wedding, to the team? As a fan I must know. Sara is one of the best things about Legends of Tomorrow, now I have to hope and pray that this isn't the end of Sara's story.

Van Helsing: The Doorway (2021)
Season 5, Episode 9
Vanessa's Back!
12 June 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Good news, Vanessa returned in this episode. The bad news, this was not the best episode of the season. I would consider this episode the clip show of the Van Helsing series. Which means, this is a episode that has clips shown as flashbacks, or memories of stuff that has happened over past seasons of a series. In this case, it was Vanessa remembering moments over the past five seasons. Vanessa remembering, and a little help from Axel, she was able to find the way out of the dark realm.

Whoever reads this, you might agree with me, and think this was a slow episode. You might disagree with me, and think it was a great episode because of this being the finale season. Personally, I kinda do like episodes of shows that do this, especially if the show has been on long enough to do a clip show episode. I'm just saying, episodes like this one are usually slow episodes, and not always the best episodes.

You may agree with me, you may disagree with me, but I hope we all can agree that it is great to see Vanessa back in the fight.
